A little about me
My name is Rajesh Nanda. I studied Computer Science Engineering and have spent over 15 years building and supporting web applications, from Joomla extensions to custom web apps built on the Symfony framework.
I started building Joomla extensions to solve problems I kept running into on client projects, and I've been making and maintaining them ever since. I care about software that's built properly and looked after for the long term, not shipped and forgotten.
I'm based in Bhubaneswar, India, and work with agencies and businesses in Europe and the US. When I step away from work, you'll usually find me out in nature and around animals.

Working hours
I'm based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and available Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 02:00 IST. That covers:
- The UK and Europe: your full working day
- US East Coast: 9:00 to mid-afternoon
- US West Coast: your morning
Messages sent during those hours usually get a reply within minutes.
Working with me
Contona is just me. You deal directly with the person who does the work.
- A written estimate first. You know the scope and the cost before any work starts.
- Clear communication in English, by email or WhatsApp, with video calls when they help.
- Your code is yours. Everything I write for you goes into your repository and belongs to you.
- I answer support myself. No outsourced help desk, on my extensions or on your project.
- This is my full-time work, not a side project.
- Confidential by default. I'm happy to sign an NDA, and I can work under your agency's brand.
- GDPR-ready. I'll sign a data processing agreement when the work involves personal data.
- Invoices in EUR, GBP or USD, from me personally or from my registered company, DotsCastle Software Technologies, India. You pay by local bank transfer in your own currency, just like paying a supplier at home.
